All bio-products are shipped with either ice packs or dry ice via Fedex. If you would prefer to have an alternate carrier ship your order, please contact us. All orders will be charged to our Fedex account.
Normally, we use EDTA or Heparin, but other anticoagulants are available. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements for the anticoagulant used in your order.

If you can wait for the permits to process, then we can ship internationally.
